1.     Action Points

·       Alisienne – The leaves and rose petals have been made flame retardant, we are getting 10 chairs from Tynemouth Priory to be collected Thursday Morning by Darren.

·       Marc – House Music and Sound effects? – Still don’t know if these have been sourced, have asked Nicky and Simon to assist Marc with this task. The sound stage plan has been made for Nicky to implement this week.

·       Hannah – The trap door is being built on Thursday 8^th May.

·       Adam – has added the changes to the stage plan in 206.

2.     Rehearsal update

·       There are 2 full run throughs on Thursday 8^th May

·       The SD9 is no longer needed in rehearsals on Friday

·       Friday rehearsal will be running the big numbers

3.     Set / Props/ Sound

·       There is definitely no chalking on the stage

·       The balcony seats are not to be taken out

·       The band has been put back into the auditorium in the space of AA and BB and is to be dressed around using flats

·       Trees need to be bought for scenery

·       Need an abortion sign to hang over the fire exit sign SL for Act 2, this has been authorised by Kristy.

·       In the Interval the leaves need to be cleared from the tunnels, the piano to be removed from stage and the abortion sign needs to be hung

4.     Lights

·       The order for the lighting gels has been sent

·       Need to order some CP62’s as there are no spare lamps left in the store

5.     FOH

·       Now that the band has moved it was discussed that we sell front rows of the auditorium as restricted views with £2 off. Due to further discussions with Nick and Kristy it has been decided that this is not necessary due to the stage being raised and row A being slightly raised from the floor where the band is.  

6.     Schedule

·       The fire watchers are Adam, Alisienne, Sam and Bryony

Alisienne – Check the chairs when Darren brings them to college, to look into purchasing trees; show Carly your research and prices before purchasing possibly ask horticulture to see if they have anything we can use

Adam – to assist Alisienne with the trees

Marc/ Simon/ Nicky – to source house music and sound effects for Carly to listen too before the sound plot on Tuesday 13^th

Marc – Carly and Chris need to hear the announcements that have been recorded before the sound plot on Tuesday 13^th

David – Chase up the order for the CP 62’s so that we have spares for the show week

Simon – to build the abortion sign frame for Monday 12^th

MT Students – To decorate and paint the sign
